Data licensing & attribution

Every dataset, its licence, and the credit it requires.

iSpy Property builds each report from government and third-party data. Most of it is published as open data under a Creative Commons Attribution licence, which lets us reuse it as long as we credit the publisher. This page records the publisher, the licence, and the exact attribution each source requires. Where a source is provided under commercial, approved-use, or register-specific terms, we say so plainly rather than assume an open licence.

Last reviewed 16 July 2026. 9 sources are marked Licence under review while we confirm terms directly with the provider.
