Terms of Use

iSpy Property Pty Ltd - effective 25 June 2026

iSpy Property provides source aggregation, indicative reports, maps, scores, report pages, and monitoring alerts. It is not professional advice and should not be relied on as a complete due diligence clearance.

Using iSpy Property

You may use iSpy Property to investigate NSW property addresses, create reports, monitor watched properties, and manage account access. You must provide accurate account information, keep login details secure, use the service lawfully, and not attempt to bypass security, access another user's data, overload the service, or misuse source data.

No professional advice

Reports, maps, Future Risk Scores, findings, alerts, and monitoring timelines are indicative information only. They are not legal, planning, financial, engineering, valuation, conveyancing, building, environmental, title, insurance, or investment advice. You should obtain your own qualified professional advice before purchase, exchange, settlement, development, renovation, finance, insurance, or investment decisions.

Source limitations and missed records

iSpy Property depends on public, government, third-party, licensed, and operational source systems. Source data can be incomplete, delayed, unavailable, stale, wrong, outside launch scope, or missed by upstream providers or integrations. iSpy Property does not promise that every application, approval, certificate, title matter, environmental risk, map feature, property defect, ownership change, or other relevant fact will be found or reported.

Reports and monitoring

Reports and alerts reflect the source layers, provider responses, data availability, and product scope at the time they are generated or refreshed. A later source update, provider correction, outage, data delay, integration failure, or product limitation may change what is visible. Monitoring alerts are not guaranteed to be immediate, complete, or uninterrupted.

Payment, billing, and cancellation

Paid plans and paid reports are billed through Stripe-hosted checkout or billing management where enabled. Prices, billing periods, plan limits, cancellation options, and refund rules must be shown before payment or in the billing portal. Unless required by law or stated in an approved offer, fees already paid are not refundable for change of mind, missed records, source limitations, or property decisions made using iSpy Property.

Consumer guarantees and liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, statutory right, or remedy that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified under Australian law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, iSpy Property is not liable for missed records, missed risks, stale or incorrect source data, source outages, integration failures, user decisions, property purchase outcomes, loss of opportunity, loss of profit, or reliance on reports, maps, scores, findings, alerts, or monitoring timelines.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue features, source layers, reports, alerts, plans, or pricing. We may also restrict or suspend accounts where needed for security, misuse, non-payment, legal compliance, source-provider requirements, or service protection.

Privacy

Our privacy policy explains how iSpy Property collects, uses, discloses, protects, and handles personal information and privacy requests.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applying in New South Wales, Australia, subject to any non-excludable rights or remedies available under Australian law.
