Privacy Policy
iSpy Property Pty Ltd - effective 25 June 2026
iSpy Property collects and uses information to provide NSW property due diligence reports, Future Proof It monitoring, account access, billing, support, security, and privacy request handling.
Information we collect
We may collect account details, email addresses, authentication and session data, searched addresses, selected NSW property addresses, saved reports, watched properties, alert preferences, webhook destinations, privacy request records, support information, operational logs, hashed browser and network abuse-prevention signals for guest free reports, and billing identifiers handled through Stripe.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate users, match addresses, create reports, monitor watched properties, deliver alerts, manage account entitlements, process billing, improve reliability, protect the service, limit repeated guest free-report abuse, respond to support and privacy requests, and meet legal or operational obligations.
Source and property data
Reports and alerts may include public, government, licensed, or third-party property information. Source data can be incomplete, delayed, unavailable, stale, incorrect, outside launch scope, or missed by upstream providers or integrations. Reports are indicative and are not a substitute for qualified professional advice.
Disclosure
We may disclose information to service providers that help operate iSpy Property, including Supabase, Stripe, hosting providers, monitoring or logging providers, email or support providers, and alert delivery destinations configured by the user. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect the service, users, or the public.
Security and retention
We use technical and organisational controls intended to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification, and disclosure. We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal, accounting, security, dispute, operational, and audit obligations, and handle privacy requests.
Access, correction, deletion, and export
Users can request access, correction, deletion, or export of personal information through the privacy request form or support/account channels available in the service. We may need to verify identity before acting on a request. Some information may need to be retained where required for legal, security, accounting, dispute, or operational reasons.
Cookies and sessions
We use cookies and similar browser storage for authentication sessions, security, and service operation. Guest free-report cookies may be used with hashed IP address, user-agent, language, and browser-provided device signals to help enforce the first-free-report limit. Production session cookies are configured as secure where the deployment uses HTTPS.
Complaints and contact
If you have a privacy question or complaint, use the privacy request form, or contact the iSpy Property account owner or support contact for your deployment. We will review privacy complaints and respond using the contact details available for your account.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product, law, data sources, or operating processes change. The effective date above shows the current published version.
